Michelle Mays is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in women's health, hormone optimization, aesthetic medicine, and clinical leadership.
She has dedicated her career to helping women feel confident, healthy, and empowered at every stage of life through evidence-based medicine and personalized care. Michelle's clinical background spans fertility medicine, comprehensive gynecology, hormone replacement therapy, and advanced aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and Sciton laser technologies such as BBL, HALO, ProFractional, and full resurfacing. She is known for her ability to combine medical precision with an artistic eye, delivering natural, refined results that enhance each patient's unique features.
In addition to her clinical work, Michelle has served in executive leadership roles overseeing multi-million-dollar medical practices, surgical centers, and medical spas.
